There are many ways to add the magic of bagpipes into your wedding or commitment ceremony.
Some options include: play as guests arrive, play the processional for all or part of the wedding party, play as part of ceremony, play recessional as the now-married couple come back down the aisle, play during greeting line, play as guests depart for reception, and/or lead guests to reception.

There are many ways to incorporate bagpipes into the celebration of a loved one's life.
For funeral services, I frequently play as guests arrive, play the processional the family enters the worship space, and/or play the recessional at the end of the service as family and friends leave the hall or sanctuary. I can also play a meditation or hymn during the service or lead the coffin outside to the hearse. For burials and graveside services, I usually play as guests arrive and gather at the grave site, play during the burial service, and/or play as guests depart. |
